Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is available at no cost and includes 3 classes and 15 students.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?
You'll need to upgrade to a plan with a higher class or student limit to add more.
Are subscriptions auto-renewing?
Yes. Both monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through Google Play.
Where is payment processed?
All payments for paid plans are processed securely by Google Play. Classmate Pro and The Spiders do not collect or store your payment card details.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled at any time from the Google Play Store on your device, under Menu > Subscriptions.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to a higher plan at any time as your number of classes or students grows.
