Delete Your Classmate Pro Account

This page is publicly accessible and does not require you to sign in.

This page only describes the account-deletion process. Deletion is performed from inside the Classmate Pro app itself, after you sign in — nothing on this page deletes your account automatically, and no data is submitted from this page.

How to delete your account

Account deletion is available directly inside the Classmate Pro app:

  1. Open the Classmate Pro app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation dialog carefully and confirm the deletion.

If you're unable to access the app on your device, you can request deletion by contacting us (see Contact — Account Deletion) from the mobile number registered to your account, so we can verify it's really you.

How your identity is verified

Because deletion is performed from within the app, it can only be initiated while you are signed in to your own account session — this is what verifies that the request comes from the account holder. If you contact us to request deletion without using the app, we verify your identity using the mobile number registered to the account.

What gets deleted

Confirming deletion in the app permanently deletes:

  • Your Classmate Pro account and login credentials.
  • If you own a workspace: its classes, students, attendance records, fee records, receipts, reminders, and settings.

This action cannot be undone.

What may be retained, and why

No Classmate Pro account data is retained after account deletion. When you confirm account deletion through the Classmate Pro app, your account and associated data are permanently deleted from our backend system immediately. The deletion is irreversible, and the deleted account and associated data cannot be restored.

Processing time

Account deletion is immediate. When you select Delete account in the Classmate Pro app and confirm the deletion, your account and associated data are permanently deleted from our backend system immediately. Once the deletion is confirmed, the process cannot be undone.

Your Google Play subscription is separate

Deleting your Classmate Pro account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it separately from the Google Play Store on your device (Menu > Subscriptions) to stop future billing.
